I’ve had my limit with Apple Support.
I applied for a repair online, and waited. Then my RA request gets cancelled with no explanation.
When I reapply for a new RA i’m told that I’m now out of warranty.
I can only assume that the RA was held up until I was no longer Apple’s problem.

Yet I’m still salivating at the new iPod 80gb, they must have some damned good subliminal advertising, I get f… stuffed around a few weeks ago, and i’m already looking at a new one.
Although, I’m not going to waste the money on the Protection Plan, as obviously, it’s more of a Protection Racket
