OMG, Now this must have taken FRICKING ages to create.

Kudos to whoever created it, definately a work of art

An EVE Webcomic, I laughed so very hard at this one.

Every year we get one day a year to honour the fallen soldiers from the previous world wars.

I hate war, but once war is started it is the soldiers that spend blood and life to fight and defend.

Not like current wars where it’s almost for show, either against an unnamed opponent “terrorism” or against a condition “drugs”.

Old school wars were people fighting to their last to defend their homes, families and countries.

We wouldn’t be living the lives we do today without those men and women.

So lets spare a thought for the soldiers and support who served in the world wars.

I’ll add one of my favorite stories of the ANZAC hard yakka, never fail attitude.

The ANZAC tradition began during World War I with a landing on 25th April, 1915 at Gallipoli on the Turkish Aegean coast. Because of a navigational error, the ANZACs came ashore about a mile north of the intended landing point. Instead of facing the expected beach and gentle slope they found themselves at the bottom of steep cliffs, offering the few Turkish defenders an ideal defensive position. Establishing a foothold, the Anzacs found an advance to be impossible.

They’ve just left the Aoiya for the final fight with Shishio.

I love the fights with Anji, Usui, Soujiro, Aoshi and Shishio.

So basically all of them

Oh and I laugh my butt off at Kamatari.
Especially her comments at the start of the fight.

I restarted my WoW account, and I love my EVE.

I won’t be making a decision as I like playing both at the moment, I get the feeling that I will cycilicly come back to WoW but stick with EVE indefintely.

I don’t have much time to play these days, but that should all be clearing up in a few weeks to a month.

I’m so going to play with this when I get some time.

I got up to the part where he just broke his reverse bladed sword.

I like the duality between his selves, how he is on one hand the wanderer, who could have been a farmer (see the OVA), on the other hand he is a bloodthirsty maniac.

Later on when he meets his master again it gets explained better, as his battousai side is just anger with no will to live, so he must finally have a will to live to master the hiten mitsurugi style.

I also laughed my ass off at saito calculating the animal of misao

“Megumi —> Fox”
“Kaoru —> Racoon”
“Misao —> …”

“Weasel ?”

Dammit.

After talking about my favorite anime, I remembered Kenshin.

I cleaned up and found the OVA DVD’s, I’m going to have to do a stocktake of my DVD’s again (I have a barcode scanner just for this) But I started watching Kenshin again.

I’m up to the battle between Kenshin and Saito again.

I LOVE this battle, you get to see the real difference between his two aspects, the one half of the wanderer, and the other of the manslayer.

Pity we don’t get to see this ever again after his re-training

I’m about to log into Dungeons and Dragons Online.
