a user named “mugendai” made this replacement TitanMovable.lua to fix a bug in Titan 2.07/8 (and previous versions) with Cosmos/MovableFrames

Level 56 a while ago on my Orc Warlock.
Level 24 on my New Night Elf Druid (My old one is still level 42)
